How I built this
Origin
I'm Kaustubh Ghodke. I've been writing frontend code for about twelve years — most of it shipping production interfaces at agency speed for clients who expected the work to look as good as it ran. DigiCatalyst Systems is the practice I run as a sole proprietor under Ontario Master Business Licence, operating across the Greater Toronto Area.
Observation
The reason DigiCatalyst exists is one observation, repeated across every small business owner I talk to: the phone is the bottleneck. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical — owner-operators answer their own calls, miss most of the after-hours ones, and pay for ad clicks that go to voicemail. The math is brutal once you actually run it. Missed-Call SMS Recovery is the productized fix.
Stack
The systems are built with industry leading technologies. I write every line of the question scripts. I tune them per trade. I do the compliance work. The monthly inbox report is rendered from real call data, not a templated dashboard. Adjacent niches I’ve already started conversations with — med spas, mortgage brokers, used-car dealers — get their own productized variants of the core script, and the same level of care and attention to detail.
Roadmap
Coming next: no-show recovery, review response, a lead-qualification system, audits. All ship in Q3 2026. The roadmap is intentional and slow. I'd rather ship one thing that pulls real revenue for one trade than five half-built tools that look good in a deck. The current shape of the practice lives on the services page.
